CrossFit
Four River CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. At 4RCF, you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, and open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.

What kind of gym are you?
We consider ourselves a complete training gym. We focus on the best practices and principles of strength & conditioning that deliver results for improved health and performance—not just for today, but forever.
What if I can't do the workouts?
No problem. We modify every workout to meet your individual needs and abilities..
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.
Do you have childcare?
Yes! We have a childcare membership and offer childcare on Mondays - Fridays for our 8:30a and 9:30a classes.
How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
What is your class schedule?
Monday - Friday 5:30a, 6:30a, 8:30a, 9:30a, 12:15p, 4:30p, 5:30p, and 6:30p * Saturday 8:30a 9:30a * Thursdays no 12:15p class * Fridays no 6:30p class
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What is your class environment like?
High-energy, positive, and coach-led. Music is up, the coach is engaged, and you’ll be surrounded by people who genuinely want you to succeed. Classes are structured from warm-up to cool-down so you’re never left guessing what to do.
Do I need to follow a special diet to see results
No strict diets required. We provide simple, coach-guided nutrition habits that pair naturally with CrossFit training — focusing on balanced meals, fueling recovery, and sustainable eating. If you want more structure, we offer optional individualized nutrition coaching, but you can make great progress with small, consistent changes.
